There’s a first-time for everything. Sexual firsts often come with anxiety, a lack of knowledge, and minimal support, which can compromise your experience. I am skilled at helping others navigate their first times with courage, intentionality, and integrity.
Intimacy Coaching
Coaching is about refining your skills and supplementing your knowledge to achieve your goals. With a trained sex educator & intimacy coach, you learn to access your full erotic potential and flourish in your relationships.

Talk-based
Much of my teaching and coaching is done through conversation with clients and students. My passion comes to life and you’ll find yourself caught up in listening, sharing, and learning.
Body-based
Getting out of the head and into the body can be an especially effective path to self-discovery. In fact, when it comes to matters of sexuality, body awareness and touch teach us in ways that talk often can’t.
Online
Global digital access from the comfort of your own space. There is an impressive amount of scope for growth through online sessions. I incorporate talk-based methods with body awareness coaching.
